A diagnostic that shows exactly where your go-to-market foundation is strong or broken across 6 dimensions: ICP clarity, sales process, pipeline generation, qualification, conversion rates, and retention. Most companies score between 30–55 on first assessment. The score shows you precisely what to fix first — so you're not wasting time on Stage 6 work when you still need Stage 2 foundations.

The GTM Foundation Roadmap

12 stages. 57 steps. 19 templates. Each stage builds on the last, with a measurable outcome — so you know when you're done, not when you've read enough.

The first three stages map to a 90-day sprint. Follow them and you'll have a documented ICP, a repeatable sales process, and a full sales playbook. Most companies pay $15,000–$27,500 to have that built for them. The program gives you the structure to build it yourself.

You're the bottleneck. All the knowledge lives in your head, and that's the problem. In the first three stages, you'll document what's working, build a repeatable process, and create the playbooks a sales hire could actually follow — without you in every deal.

  • Stage 2 — Document Sales Process: All reps following the same documented process. (Templates: Sales Stage Definitions, Deal Review, Weekly 1:1)
  • Stage 3 — Build Enablement Materials: Full sales playbook reps can execute independently. (Templates: Discovery Call Framework, Objection Handling Guide, Proposal Template, Win/Loss Scripts, Competitive Battle Card)
