Monthly advisory is for companies that have built their initial GTM foundation and need ongoing strategic guidance as they scale. This isn't a one-time project—it's a partnership.
Each month, we'll review your GTM performance, analyze pipeline health, coach on specific deals, and help you navigate scaling challenges. I'll also help you prepare for board meetings and strategic planning sessions.
You'll have access to me via Slack and email for quick questions, plus scheduled monthly strategy sessions. This engagement requires a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure we can build momentum.
